All our deliveries by our in-house courier will be contactless in nature, the courier will leave the items on your doorstep and ring your doorbell or knock on your door before stepping back to a safe distance. We ask that you acknowledge your presence, if it convenient to do so, behind your closed front door. If no one answers the door, we will attempt to call you on the phone number provided on the shipping details.
We will endeavour to get all orders delivered as soon as possible as we know the pain of waiting for snacks to arrive. Almost all of our deliveries are proceeding smoothly, although there may be rare instances where delivery through the postal system may take 5 or more working days, and we seek your patience and kind understanding.
